Shortages and Damages

When receiving your shipment always check to ensure you have received all of your items with the enclosed invoice. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery.

For a missing package, please get in touch with the courier as soon as possible to notify them of the missing parcel. Please also notify us.

Any loss, short shipment, or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

What is your return policy?

All warranties and manufacturer recalls will be honored. Please call to make any necessary arrangements.

Any order discrepancy or product defects must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of delivery.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, click here or click the account icon at the top of any page.

Creating an account will allow you to save your shopping cart, create a wish list, track orders, easy reordering, review past orders and print receipts.

How do I login to my account?

1. Go to Login located on the top right corner of any page

2. Enter the email address and password used when you created the account.

You can retrieve your password by clicking on “forgot password”. Enter your email address and then the password will be immediately emailed to you.  If you can’t find the email, please check your junk folder. If you experience any further difficulties, please contact us by email and we’ll be happy to help.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of placing them; excluding weekends and holidays. 

* Orders are typically shipped same business day if they are placed by 12 pm MST

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel with parcel tracking and signature required. This way we can be sure that no products are left out in the weather conditions.

*Please note we do not ship products through regular letter mail.* 

If you want to upgrade service to Xpress, we can provide a quote based on weight, dimensions and destination of the order.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers can be found under Order History within your Customer Profile. To visit you Order History.

If your account says that it has been shipped but there is no tracking number – it is currently being processed.  Please wait until the end of the business day and check back.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently, we only sell and ship to Canada. Stay tuned as we’re looking to expand internationally!
